Here is a brief description of the cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel your cruise by any reason before October 20, 2008 you will receive a full refund of the money that you have deposited. After that date there will be cancellation penalties.
You can purchase insurance for an additional cost. If the insurance is taken out within 2 weeks at the time of booking it covers pre-existing conditions only if the condition has been stable for 3 months. Insurance can be taken out at the final payment of the cruise by October 18, 2008 and it will cover medical and trip cancellation, but no pre-existing conditions.
